We are always seeking talented, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.  Desirable candidates will have a great attitude and willingness to learn.  We require a high school diploma and a clean driving record (for positions that involve driving company vehicles).  Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required. 

At our Aaron's stores, we offer the following positions:

  • General Manager - Requires strong organizational skills, prior management experience and an understanding of all aspects of our business.

  • Customer Accounts Manager - Requires a high level of attention to detail, strong mathematical skills and a high degree of comfort speaking with customers to help them get to ownership of their merchandise.  

  • Sales Manager - Requires prior sales experience, strong organizational skills and an open, outgoing personality.  

  • Customer Accounts Advisor - Requires attention to detail, good organizational skills and strong phone communication skills.  

  • Customer Service Representative - Requires good communication skills, good customer service skills and attention to detail.

  • Product Technician - Requires mechanical ability, clean driving record and DOT physical and good customer service skills.
